Return & Refund Policy

At Belora, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@belora.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you may choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method (please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect), or
  • An exchange for another product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Belora error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
