Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. You'll see the exact rate before completing your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 2–4 business days for delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
Our Courier Partners We ship with Aramex and The Courier Guy — two of South Africa's most reliable courier networks — to ensure your Belora order arrives safely and on time.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Belora cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@belora.co.za and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
